2004 IMCO NATIONAL CONVENTION EXHIBITOR "1 Option" REGISTRATION
As a valued 2003 Exhibitor, you have an opportunity to pre-register for 2004. IMCO will limit "1st Option" registration to only 2003 Exhibitors until June 16th, at which time exhibit space will be offered to all IMCO vendors. We expect another sell-out, so reserve your booth now while there is still space available!
	YES! PLEASE RESERVE OUR SPACE BEFORE IT'S GONE We agree to exhibit on Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at the IMCO show held at the Renaissance Orlando Resort at SeaWorld. We understand that we will be invoiced for our exhibit fee, and that our space is not confirmed until paid in full. Should we receive IMCO authorization for more than 2 persons to attend, there will be an additional charge of $400/additional person. Sponsor commitment by September 1st allows preferential booth assignment and increased visibility at the convention and in pre-convention publicity.

	Dates: May 15th through May 19th, 2004. Set Up: Monday 5/17/2004 Show Date: Tuesday, 5/18/2004 Location: Renaissance Resort at SeaWorld, Orlando, FL.

	8' x 10' booth contains 6' draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, signage, in a carpeted hall. Fee includes attendance by 2 persons, including planned meals and eligibility for grand prize drawing.

	Renaissance Hotel accommodations available at $149.00/night single/double occupancy.

Participants agree to waive and release all claims against IMCO, its agents representatives and employees for any injury, accident, delay or expense resulting from strikes, war, terrorist acts, weather, sickness, government restrictions or regulation, or arising from any act or omission of the hotel, restaurant, or any other firm, agency company or individual connected with this function. Participants agree to indemnify IMCO with regard to any financial obligations or liabilities they may personally incur. Participants also acknowledge that all participants are expected to comply with the rules of conduct considered reasonable while registered in conjunction with this event.
