The 2023 National Convention – Together “WE” are Powerful

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2023 IMCO National Convention. Your time, energy, and participation continue to make this annual event a success. “We in 23” was the theme as we focused on the importance of unity and partnership within our industry. The spirit of how we work together as individual companies within our collective group is invaluable.  Together “WE” are powerful was echoed throughout this year’s Convention. CEO Bill McLaughlin kicked off our 2023 Convention recognizing this year’s theme of “We in 23” and the truth it holds in highlighting the importance and power of collaboration when “We” come together. The fabric of IMCO is dependent on you, our Members and Vendors, and we are proud to call you our partners. We are pleased to have introduced 8 new Members and 8 new Vendors since our 2022 Convention.

Convention included plenty of fantastic networking opportunities, an engaging Keynote address by Colette Carlson on You Management and a fabulous line up of educational breakout sessions. We also had an incredible trade show boasting 98 booths and a Bootlegger’s Ball to wrap things up! Our hope is that you departed from the event revitalized, motivated, and equipped with the tools to enhance your business through new partnerships and a better understanding of the market landscape.
